Capstone 8: Reddit Lead Generation Funnel
Goal: Build and run a full intent-monitoring-to-capture funnel yielding a measurable number of qualified leads over the full 90-day window, benchmarked against OneUp Today's documented cold-start (26 personalized DMs, 58% response rate, 13 signups, 6 paying customers in four weeks).
Prerequisite stages: 04-stage4-leadgen-launches.md; 05-stage5-automation.md (monitoring tooling and its limits post-GummySearch).
Weekly milestones: Week 1 build the monitoring routine (5 anchor subreddits, defined cadence); Weeks 2-8 run the weekly monitor-reply-DM cycle, logging intent scores; Weeks 9-12 tally results and compute click-to-trial and trial-to-paid rates.
Deliverables: monitoring log; DM outreach log with response rates; a full funnel report (threads seen → replies sent → DMs sent → signups → paying); an explicit comparison to the Wappkit finding that $200 of Reddit ad spend produced 0 signups while organic threads produced 60 customers.
