None of that is enforceable by counting posts, it's enforceable by voice.

The stakes are commercial: Forrester data cited by Breaking B2B's Olena Bomko puts it at roughly 99% of B2B buyers visiting Reddit before a purchase decision, seeking honest, semi-anonymous takes they can't get from vendor content, a value proposition that evaporates the moment your contribution reads like vendor content wearing a Reddit skin.

The technique that separates a humanized comment from an AI-polished one starts before the first sentence: never let the model's default opening survive. Hand-write the first 2-3 sentences yourself to set the voice, Claude extends an established voice far better than it invents one from a generic prompt (aifire.co; George Kao). Give it a specific persona, not "write a helpful comment" but "write as a backend engineer three years into this stack, mildly annoyed the docs don't cover this case." Add one concrete lived detail, one colloquialism, one small emotional beat ("this broke right before a demo"). Swap corporate verbs for plain ones: utilize becomes use.

Title-level hype costs you before anyone reads a word. Front-load real information in the first 3-4 words; drop vague superlatives ("This is incredible"). Years of clickbait have trained every community to distrust theatrical framing, specific, honest, direct consistently wins (buyupvotes.io; upvote.net). The tone test: would you say this sentence out loud to a friend in the industry, with no slide deck behind you? If not, rewrite it until you would.
